Refund and Billing Policy

Billing Policy

1. Membership Refunds
At Themeet.net, we want to ensure a fair experience for all members. Our monthly membership fee of $9.99 is subject to the following refund terms:

24-Hour Grace Period: You are eligible for a 100% refund if you request a cancellation within 24 hours of your initial charge.

Prorated Refunds: If you cancel your membership after the first 24 hours, you are entitled to a prorated refund based on the number of

days remaining in your current 30-day billing cycle.

Rate Calculation: All prorated amounts are calculated at a daily rate of $0.33 per day.

2. Adjusting Your Due Date
We offer the flexibility to change your monthly billing date to better suit your needs send How to Request: To change your due date, please contact our support

Notice Required: We require at least three (3) business days’ notice before your next scheduled charge to ensure the adjustment is processed in time.

3. Bridge Payments and Credits
When a billing date is adjusted, a one-time financial adjustment will occur to keep your account active during the transition:

Moving a Date Forward: If you move your billing date to a later day in the month, a one-time "Bridge Payment" will be charged. This covers the daily cost ($0.33/day) for the extra days of service provided between your old and new dates. Moving a Date Backward: If you move your billing date to an earlier day in the month, a partial credit for the unused days of your current cycle will be applied to your next $9.99 invoice.
