We are educated and trained in helping those who want a better life. We  believe in the fundamental things that bring people together and what helps them build a lasting bond. We understand that things may look great on paper but in practical application it's not always a good fit. There are many things that contribute to two people not only being attracted to the other but there are things that make them compatible. 

We go way beyond what any software program can go, we do not use special algorithms, we use  a real life approach because we understand that people are not computers, every person is different and this is why these algorithms may seem great but at the end of the day, they can only take you so far.

Think about a text message, this is something that causes so many communication problems between people and the reason it doesn't always work out well are those missing elements. If you take a generic text message and have it analyzed by 100 different people, they would all probably come up with a different answer. Those missing elopements include body language and expression, tone of voice, etc.
